OUR CAPACITY TO COPE WITH LIFE CAN MEAN MANY THINGS FOR US. ESPECIALLY AS WE ARE HEALING, OFTEN WE HAVE REACHED A POINT OF OUR LIMIT IN SOME WAY, “HITTING ROCK BOTTOM”, FEELING “TOTAL OVERWHELM” OR EXPERIENCING BURNOUT. ALL THESE PHRASES OF TERMS THAT INDICATE STATES OF MAXIMUM CAPACITY. In this blog, I explore what our capacity is, what it means when we reach it and how we might increase our capacity to regain alignment & wellness. Through expansion & growth or contraction & creating new balance, we can bring ourselves back into harmony with our experience.
