Rather than follow a diet, recipes or a strict approach to cooking, Love School is all focused on learning how to do things your way.. and that includes while we are cooking!
Through the course, you learn basic skills and formulas to create meals from fresh ingredients at home.

In this course, you are provided with the skills and processes to begin understanding how to cook your own recipes.
Nurturing our body is foundational to good health & wellbeing, so in this course, we support you to learn easy ways to increase your nutrition intake.
Allow yourself to explore cooking creatively & find the fun in experimenting with what works for you!
Learn how to discern for yourself what flavours, textures & types of food are best for your preferences & tastes.
We offer suggested meal types and then teach the process, not guide an outcome!
