What We Do...

During your time exploring The Art of Enough, whether on retreat or as part of the ongoing Mentorship programme we work through six phases.

Unpacking core wounds.
We look at your life experiences and at what is behind your current motivations and mindset.

Allowing space to consider.
We make observations of your life and reflect upon your being enough, exploring what you do have enough of and what you have had enough of.

Reparenting and nurturing the conditions of rest.
We spend time understanding the reparenting process and working with your inner child to heal the core wounds determining your current lifestyle.

Slowing down enough to enjoy what you love and figure out what is required for living.
You are supported as you allow yourself time to stop, slow down and practice adapting your life to your new awareness.

Take time to express what you need.
We explore any additional skills or healing required to give you the confidence to express your needs to enable your freeing and filling time more honestly.

Being free enough not to respond to coercion.
You are supported to identify where you need to create strong boundaries to protect and preserve your self-esteem and self-worth. 

Each programme offers space for self-exploration and is adaptable to your individual needs.

What We Offer...

The Art of Enough is a one-to-one supportive container where we explore how to recognise when you have enough.

We currently offer two spaces to explore The Art of Enough, with limited spaces throughout the year. 

7 day retreat

An easy but intensely beneficial week to slow down, relax and make some time to explore your relationship with enough.
These in-person retreats can take place at your home or a selected suitably accessible rural location.

We spend 7 days working through the process as a deep dive and introduction with personalised support and guidance throughout.

6  Month Mentorship Programme
Spend 6 months with me adjusting your life to be, feel, have and enjoy enough.
Combine your day-to-day practices with homework and regular appointments either in person or online, as you are guided through the process of embodying your lifestyle change.

The one-to-one Mentorship is currently open for applications.

What We Explore...

Using the context of the word Enough we explore different meanings that allow freedom to consider your life from different perspectives.

Being Enough
Having a strong self esteem and sense of self worth is what allows us to know and feel the truth of the value of our existence. You are enough. Without doing or being anything beyond your natural innate human existence.
You are already enough to follow your ambions, make a fresh start, claim more for yourself and from life.

Allowing Enough
Considering how you have not allowed yourself enough of what you need in life. Looking at where you have restricted yourself and why.

Having Enough
With narratives of consumer based capitalism that teaches us we always need more or spiritual manipulation that abundance means excess it can be hard to know where, when and how to limit ourselves. Gratitude and appreciation for what you have is a strong and healing reflection that we nurture through the programmes.

Knowing when you have had Enough.
We are often taught that in order to be liked we need to say yes, be easy, go along with others, keep trying, work harder, achieve more. It can be hard to stop! Knowing when you have had enough and when it is time to say no, stop or pause to reflect and make a change is an important skill to protect our valuable time and energy.

Enough is Enough.
Sometimes we put up with so much we are shocked and horrified when we are faced with the extent of our own or others harmful or deviant behaviour. Learning when enough is enough is a turning point for healing, wellness and creating a safe and healthy boundary between yourself and others.

Knowing when you've more than Enough.
When we lose sight of the wood for the trees, become resentful, ungrateful or unappreciative of our life it can lead to awful consequences. We can lose what we love, need and actually do want. Having a realistic and grounded relationship with what you do have nurtures a positive and affirming connection with your life. 

What is the Investment...

Recovery from burnout, work or "doing" addiction can be daunting, but with the right guidance and commitment to yourself, you can find relief.

The Art of Enough programmes require an investment of your time. The process will not be beneficial for you if you are trying to navigate a full, busy life and are unwilling to take time off, slow down and change habits... you will need to make time and take time out or off work!

The Art of Enough programmes require an investment in yourself. The first step is to cut things out, make the space and commit to the healing process as we work through what comes up. 

The Art of Enough requires a low four-figure, financial investment. Each programme has a fixed fee and is required before the support programme starts.
We offer payment plans if required.

Allowing Ourselves to Rest & Why We Don't

If you know you need to take a rest or break from work but every time you try something seems to happen and you can't say no. This sort of pattern can be a sign of something deeper going on. When it comes to health and wellbeing rest is vital. Without this life becomes off balance and our health wellbeing, energy and motivation begin to suffer.

Looking for Love Through Money

When we don't heal our childhood wounds we can seek love, approval & meaning through our work, money or the accumulation of wealth and never even realise it as adults. Regardless of their wealth many people are deeply troubled. Feeling lonely, struggling with addiction, being paranoid and feeling unsatisfied in their lives.

Living within Limits

I have noticed is the more we feel lacking in ourselves, our lives and our relationships the more we want to extract, take and use from the Earth, others or life. Understanding the truth of our existence, that we are not limited by mind or spirit but we are limited by our bodies and the Earth can bring a peace.
