For years, chronic pain & fatigue felt like something I had to manage. It was a part of my lifestyle until circumstances forced a radical change in my life. A severe flare-up took over my life, leaving me struggling in severe pain, tension & struggling to care for myself.
I had to make a change, I knew I couldn't carry on living in this amount of pain and stress.
So, I created a new life design process. I turned inward, looking beyond conventional treatments to seek alternative, accessible solutions I could try with little support or resources. I decided to explore what my body, mind, and energy were truly telling me & realign my lifestyle to support my health & well-being.
It's been more than 9 months now & my flare-up was healed. I haven't had another with anywhere near the same intensity or regularity.
