The following terms apply specifically to The Art of Enough programmes (7-Day Retreat, 6-Week Intensive, and 6-Month Mentorship) and supplement the existing Mama Bear Mentorship Terms & Conditions and 1:1 Terms found at www.loveschool.uk/121-terms.
Application & Eligibility
All Art of Enough programmes are application-based. Spaces are limited and applications are assessed individually. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Mama Bear Mentorship.
Applicants will be contacted via email within 7 days of submitting their application. A one-to-one call or Zoom session will be required before any programme commences. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
The following people are not suitable for this programme and will not be accepted:
Those seeking quick fixes, surface-level healing, or fast solutions.
Those currently in active addiction crisis or requiring emergency or acute mental health care.
Those who are unwilling or unable to be honest about their life, relationships, and circumstances.
Those seeking or currently engaged in concurrent therapy or psychological interventions.
Those who do not believe healing is possible for them or who are not open to natural and holistic approaches.
Those unable to make the necessary time, financial, and personal investment required.
Programme Commitment & Time Investment
All Art of Enough programmes require a significant commitment of time and personal engagement. Clients must be prepared to:
Attend all scheduled sessions and allocate sufficient time before and after each session to reflect and process.
Make genuine lifestyle adjustments, including reducing commitments, saying no, and slowing down.
Engage with practices, reflections, and homework between sessions.
Be honest, open, and participatory throughout the process.
The programme will not deliver results if you are unwilling to slow down, make time, or change habits.
Financial Investment & Payment Terms
All Art of Enough programmes are priced at £6,000. Full payment details will be confirmed upon acceptance.
Payment is always required before the programme or retreat begins. No sessions will commence until payment arrangements are in place and confirmed.
Payment plan options vary by programme:
6-Month Mentorship: Full upfront payment; or two equal 50/50 payments; or three bi-monthly payments; or six monthly payments.
6-Week Intensive: Full upfront payment; or two equal 50/50 payments.
7-Day Retreat: A minimum of 50% is required at the booking stage. The remaining balance is due in full no later than 7 days before the retreat begins.
The choice of payment plan does not affect the outcome of an application.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds will not be issued once a programme has commenced, unless a mutual agreement has been reached between the client and Mama Bear Mentorship.
Confidentiality & Data Use
All information shared during the application process and throughout the programme is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Personal details collected are used solely for contact and developing a personalised programme.
With permission, anonymised stories or feedback may be used for promotional purposes. Permission will always be sought in advance
Ending the Agreement
A natural check-in point will be offered at the midway point of the experience. If either party is not satisfied with the working relationship, a mutually agreed break may be made at this point.
Mama Bear Mentorship reserves the right to end the working relationship if:
Agreed boundaries or terms are not respected.
Any abusive, harmful, or manipulative communication takes place.
It is felt that the standard of service cannot be maintained, or that the programme is no longer appropriate for the client’s needs or health.
Non-payment of agreed amounts will result in sessions and access being paused and a recovery process being initiated.
Disclaimer
Mama Bear Mentorship is a guidance and mentorship service, not a clinical, therapeutic, or medical service. Clients are fully responsible for their own choices, actions, and outcomes.
The Art of Enough process is grounded in natural healing, holistic approaches, and alternative perspectives. It is not aligned with or intended to replace conventional medical or psychological pathways.
If you feel you need a doctor, therapist, or emergency mental health support, please seek that support. This programme is not a substitute for medical care.
Clients acknowledge that transformation can be emotionally challenging, and that the process will naturally include periods of discomfort as well as growth.
Mama Bear Mentorship accepts no liability for outcomes arising from choices made during or after the programme.
Retreats are private and one-to-one unless otherwise agreed in advance. A copy of ID will be requested and checks may be carried out before the retreat for safeguarding purposes.
Retreat locations are based in the UK, though European destinations may occasionally be considered. Location and dates are chosen collaboratively but cannot be guaranteed. All details will be confirmed before booking, allowing the client to confirm they wish to proceed.
Booking preferences are taken for location and dates. These can not be guaranteed, but we will accommodate your preferences as much as possible, and all details will be provided beforehand so you can check if you would like to go ahead before booking.
Clients must inform Mama Bear Mentorship of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance of the retreat. Food and basic supplies are included. Some basic housekeeping will be expected of the client unless otherwise agreed during onboarding.
Food is provided on the retreat and will be discussed during your onboarding session.
I can bring my dog to the retreat as an option. This can be discussed in advance.
During the retreat, clients will generally be asked to abstain from alcohol or other addictive substances. This will need to be discussed in advance if someone is a smoker or has a physical addiction. Abstinence will also extend to phone use, online activity, purchases, and contact with others outside the retreat. This will be agreed as part of the onboarding process.
If at any time during the retreat the mentor feels threatened, unsafe, or unable to continue, she reserves the right to leave, and the fee will be forfeited.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations once booked will result in the deposit being lost.
Cancellations made with more than 21 days’ notice may, where possible, result in the space being offered to another client. If this occurs, an admin fee will be deducted, and any remaining balance may be transferable. This cannot be guaranteed.
Retreats may be postponed with a minimum of 21 days’ notice, but may incur an admin or rebooking fee to cover non-refundable arrangements.
Governing Terms
These additional terms are to be read alongside the general Love School Terms & Conditions, available at www.loveschool.uk/terms.
In the event of any conflict between these terms and the general 1:1 terms, these programme-specific terms take precedence for Art of Enough clients.
