My lifelong learnings have given me a strong love of flowers, herbs, natural medicines and therapies.

I started learning about herbs and flowers as a young child from my grandfather and now continue my learning on a regular basis through courses, an online community of Witches and from a good friend, a third-generation herbalist.

I try to stay true to my strong values and am a trustee of an animal rescue, Helping Pets (North East). I started out as a long-term foster for terminally ill cats, or for those who need rehabilitation from having been homeless, forced to live outside and fend for themselves. 

I have two cats of my own, one a long-time stray, the other a semi-feral. We have a strong bond, and as cats do, they follow me everywhere they can.
