Redefining Gender

For the requirement of law, social structure and child development.

We are deeply concerned about the current level of confusion, misinformation and manipulated scientific knowledge that is currently a trend in our society and the resulting censorship around the issue of gender and gender identity.

It is a biological fact that human life is reproduced through men and women and that there is no other natural way to conceive a child.

The concern is also that there is an agenda to remove gender and gender rights completely due to this confusion and misinformation which would lead to the removal of women and children's rights leaving vulnerable members of society open to exploitation.

There are further concerns that this agenda allows for a lack of consideration in law protecting people from sexual violence and the responsibility of men in society as part of their biological function and natural physical dominance verse the natural physical vulnerability of women and children. The removal of gender would also allow for unfair data collection and an unfair representation of the cause and contributing factors of harm and violence in society.

Proposal

I want to redefine gender as separate from gender identity (which is based on ideology and not biology) in order to protect the natural vulnerabilities of women and children in society and protect and preserve natural law, human rights and the innate biology of human reproduction, regeneration and expression.

Gender is both a biological fact, a social construct and an energetic response.
Biological sex is defined by genitals, hormonal progress and chromosomes present.
All humans are born male, female or intersex.
No humans have ever been born with out a biological sex.
It is not possible to deny gender, this is assigned through a natural right of passage and affirmed through a social process; gender identity can be denied voluntarily.
