Recovery Support with Weekly Mentorship works alongside our Daily Wellness Flow course and is our most hands-on support service available at Love School.
Sometimes we all need a little guidance, and an alternative approach often suits those of us who realise that traditional avenues are not the way. They don't offer what we need and won't provide the type of evolution process we long for.
If you're here, it's because you know your soul longs for change, your body aches, your mind is tired, and you're exhausted of crying, trying and waiting for change.

They try to fix you, but you're not broken; you're hurt, going through a necessary but challenging process of change after an important experience in your life. And now you're a bit stuck or overwhelmed about what to do and where to turn. Perhaps if you're being totally honest, you're not even sure you believe that any sort of recovery, wellness or a new life is even available to you.

There's part of you that knows the possibility exists, that isn't ready to give up on it.
But you're not stupid! You don't want to leave it to time. “Time heals”, sure, but you've been waiting and ready for healing for long enough, and surely there needs to be more to be done than wait and let time do its thing.
I agree, and that's exactly why this process has been created.
Time heals when we are actively participating in the process of growing, healing, letting go and moving on. But it's not always easy to do alone. Time heals when we are easing, changing and responding to what happened to us.
And you know that therapy just doesn't feel like the right solution. You don't want to have sessions talking about the past and then all this space in between, with the endless space and time to yourself. You want to change. But not a forced, rushed, drastic change, just the space and support and practical steps to heal, find yourself again, figure out who you are now, slow down and process what has happened.
This is what this support offers.
Our Daily Wellness Flow offers guidance as part of an ecosystem mindset to explore healing, balancing and strengthening your body, beginning to calm and understand your mind, connect with and energise, refuel your spirit, consider your relationships and improve and adapt your environments.
You make steady improvements in all areas of your life.
Not just focusing on your body or mind or diving into a spiritual process that feels ungrounded and out of balance, but a holistic, natural flow of change. You develop a real plan, an understanding of what works for you and feels right at that moment and as you move forward.
With weekly calls, you have the opportunity to talk things through, ask questions about the prompts or process, discuss your experiences, what you've discovered and your life design process. We can chat about any awareness of past issues or the causes of pain and struggle arising that may need to be addressed.
Progress is easier with consistent, reliable support and someone who believes in you!
You know someone is there, adapting to your needs to check in regarding your general health and well-being and supporting you to reach your goals and stick with your intentions for the process.

My name is Terri and I have this crazy idea, that you are an amazing, unique expression of life and the only reason you exist is to be living and expressing your experience as you would like to.
I am a conscious creator and I use skills in art, design and energy work to make ideas a reality.
I have survived abuse and trauma experiences. I've recovered from losses & transformed my life through the grieving process to learn how to thrive.
I intuitively understand the reality of energy & through this understanding, I can see how things connect, identify problems & see paths towards solutions.
Through Love School & Mama Bear Mentorship, you are fully supported as I share the tools and skills I have developed to help you to follow your own intuition to create a life you are proud of, are connected with & have a passion for.
Here, I support you while you face the reality of your circumstances and navigate a healing recovery or self-development journey.

Yes, this offer is designed to support a recovery process following along with any of our daily prompt courses.
The Daily Guidance Flow is included in this offer, which is suitable for all types of recovery processes.
The process and mentorship are suitable for people in recovery from:
Addiction - once they have stopped using or participating.
Grief – as a focus and steady process to ease back into a new adaptive lifestyle.
Post spiritual awakening – to realign life after a new awareness or dark night of the soul experience.
Chronic pain, perimenopause/menopause (or other physical rehabilitation adjustment periods) – designed to offer a holistic flow that enables balanced recovery, personal adaptation and exploration.
Divorce, separation or relationship breakdown – to support a natural transition of self-discovery and adjustment from being in a couple to experiencing life alone.
It is also suitable for people who are generally looking to self-improvement and focus on better health and well-being.

During the sessions, we will discuss your progress, look at your goals and address any issues that arise for you between sessions.
This can include:
Questions about the prompts or process of the course.
Discussions regarding your data or life design process.
Awareness of any shadow work that may need to be addressed.
Check in regarding your general health and well-being.
Check-ins regarding your goals and intentions for the process.
With your weekly recovery support, you will be invited to connect with Terri once per week. The usual format for this will be a video call once per month and a voice call each week in between.
At the initial consultation, we will cover any onboarding questions and begin the course. We will also agree on a regular weekly day and time slot for your calls.
Each session will be scheduled for around 30 minutes with slight fluctuations due to the natural flow of what arises.
Your total support will be 2 hours per month.
To complete the course and access sessions, you will need:
Access to the internet and a computer, phone or tablet and/or a telephone connection.
Writing materials like paper and pens, or a journal.
You can order a Love School Journal from us if you need one.
Space to practice.
You may also need additional tools that are relevant to practices or exercises.
Part of a mentor's role is to encourage and support, even when things feel more like a struggle. But at Love School, we value authenticity and alignment, integrity over reaching goals or feeling obligated to things that are not suited to us.
If you genuinely begin to feel this is not the right process for you, we will discuss it in your calls.
The support is offered on a subscription basis, which can be cancelled. This would mean you have access to the course, and support would end at the end of the billing month.
