Throughout the process, we work together to clarify who you are. We discover clearly your needs and motivations, and I support you as you learn how you set and hold boundaries in your business. Ultimately, together we support you as you find your peace and well-being while working or supporting others.

Before we embark on this journey, it’s essential that we resonate with each other. 
Here’s what you can expect:

  • A complimentary 30-minute onboarding call to ensure we’re the right fit.

  • My commitment to support only those I genuinely believe I can assist.

  • An expertise rooted in trauma recovery through natural, holistic methods, focusing on Life Design & Shadow Work.

However, please be mindful: This programme might not be suitable for individuals currently under medical supervision necessitating drug therapy, struggling with substance addiction, or in immediate need of emergency support.

Details of the Programme:
Each Programme is taylored to meet your immediate and long term needs. 

  • Choose between a monthly 3-hour session or two fortnightly 1.5-hour sessions. These can be held in person (in the North East UK) or via Zoom.

  • After each session, you’ll receive a written summary and a session recording, stored securely in your personalised course.

  • Reach out any time via messenger support through Love School. You can expect a response within 72 hours, barring holidays or other off days.

It is always in your best interests to get curious. To quench some of your curiosity, here are the frequently asked questions I receive to support your choice to buy a mentorship programme. 

How is your programme different to others I've tried?

  • Mama Bear Programmes are holisitic! They consider your body, mind, spiritual & emotional health. I also consider your environment, relationships & expression with life. 
  • Your programme is personalised! Yes I follow a pattern & include certain practices & tools I know work for most people, but every aspect of the programme is catered to your needs & designed for you. 
  • I am direct, there is no fluff with me. I say things as they are, as I see them & don't play games or avoid tough conversations. With me you get authentic expression the whole time. 
  • You get tangible things through the process to keep. You will have a strategy & life deisgn you can adapt to keep to remind you of your goals or progress. 

How does the programme work?

We will spend 6 months together and during our time we will:
  •  Look to understand your values and find clarity about what is important to you in your life. 
Sometimes we go along with situations or ideas that actually are not founded upon a solid foundation of our values, preferences or reality. Instead we build lives upon ideas, hopes and aspirations that aren't even our own. This blocks creativity and expression and charges our past trauma triggers causing all sorts of symptoms. We spend time directly assessing and understanding what is important to you and create a solid foundation to work from. 

  • Identify your core experiences and trauma wounds and how they impact you. 
When we avoid our past experiences that still effect us and/or have confusion about them and their effects upon us we struggle to respond accordingly. We heal the surface when actually what is required is a deeper form of healing. Here we create a supportive environment to look together at these core events and really acknowledge their impact and how they have effected our lives. 

  • Map out the connections between what supports you and how you respond best to triggers and stressful situations as they arise. 
When we have created a foundation of truth we begin looking at what has helped in the past, suggest some practices or tools that may support you and work together to identify the best way for you to respond to life and your triggers. 

  • Pin point your most successful practices and let go of habits that do not serve your healing
Through trial and error and honest reflection we begin to create a positive relationship with our emotional and expressive side. We become more discerning and work towards letting go what doesn't serve us clearing more space in life for what does. 

  • Create opportunities to explore rituals and create meaning from your experiences to create solid foundations of wisdom. 
Ritual is an important part of human development, however that looks for you. Together we look at what feels most important and resonates as rites of passage or helpful markers as you progress and design personal rituals to embody and integrate your healing journey. 

  • Develop an adaptable life design which you can use for the rest of your life to gain clarity and evolve through your pain. 
The final stage of the programme we look at creating a tangible, adaptable life design that you can use forever to support your progression towards a the creative life you love and crave. This document provides clarity, certainty and takes away the stress of not knowing how to respond as life happens. 

What is "the work" & can I do it?

The work is physcially making time to do practices, rituals, or ways of expressing or connecting, with yourself, others or nature. It might be something physical, self exploration through writing or other ways of exploring & getting to know ourselves.
The work is what we DO to change. 
  • Shadow work is where we look at unconscious aspects of ourselves. What you are not aware of. This can be thought processes, patterns, drives, beleifs, actions we take or assumptions we make based on our past programming. 
  • Life Design is consciously choosing other otpions for ourselves & making a plan to make that happen or navigate the changes that might occur because of the work we do. 
Anyone can do this work. We are all capable of healing. Part of our planning is to find & work within your limits. Expanding only where is healthy to go, when you are ready. We prepare, consider & respond to your reality. 

Do I get instant results?

Yes and no!
Sometimes people feel instant releif when they sign up knowing on a deep level a path to healing has been found.
Through the process there may be times big shifts happen, huge releases or realisations occur or you get realisations that change everything, these can happen fast.
But the reality is, it is a process. We are seeking long term healing &  when you do deep work like this things come up. Symptoms can flare up, we can find our unconscious rebelling against our conscious efforts.
Part of the process is learning to take the rough with the smooth...feel the responses we have & express them authentically in healthy ways. That is where the real work, the big change happens & at times is can be a bit painful or messy.
I am there with you, to support you as you work through it all. Like a birthing process... we need to go through some pain to gain something new.

Will I be different after doing this work?

Yes! 
This is deep stuff. It makes a significant change in us when we address our healing. You're going to become stronger, trust yourself more, find ways to better manage or reduce your symptoms of stress. You'll be different & respond to life differently. That is the point of the programme. 
Not everyone around you might like the change, especially if we are entangled in abusive or neglectful power dynamics in our relationships. But the process & healing is worth it! It is vital for you to find health, wellness, freedom...all the relief we crave from a healing process. 
Part of the programme is learning how to adapt to & navigate the change in us & how that change effects the people we are connected with. 

Is there anyone you don't work with?

Yes, I only work with people I feel I can support. In order to qualify for this mentorship you:
  • Have been awarded Access to Work support for your neurodiversity. I specifically support people with ADHD, ASD, BPD, PTSD, CPTSD.
  • Will have already done some healing and self development work. 
  • You are self aware have a standard of emotional intelligence and are able to acknowledge and articulate your feelings. 
  • You have already accepted that medicalising and diagnostic tools have not been helpful and you are inclined towards more natural, holistic healing methods or are questioning how helpful pathologising and medicating your emotional experience has been. 
  • You have a resonance with spirituality and are committed to long term solutions rather than seeking quick fixes and energy by passing tactics. 

What happens if I want to apply?

  • You book a discovery call by clicking the button below. 
  • We will have a cha about your needs, your ATW award and if we are a good fit. 
  • I assess each application personally & only work with the clients I feel I can support. 
  • If we are a good fit, you'll be sent an agreement & if you're happy with everything we will begin the process of creating your personalised support programme and compelteing ATW forms. 
  • Once you are all set up your first session will be booked as part of your programme. You can start immediatley with any suggested advance work!
