The Daily Wellness Flow is a day-by-day course that guides you through a process of natural recovery. The process is designed to lay the foundations of a healthy lifestyle as you learn the benefits of slow, steady, holistic recovery.

We consider all aspects of wellness with an ecosystem mindset as you develop your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, as well as understand how to apply the lessons of your transformation to relationships and improve your environment for healing.

Using a life design process and developing skills for self-connection and introspection, you begin to understand the core of personal transformation and healing.

The process can be used alongside a recovery process from burnout, mental health struggles or when you need additional nurture and care. It can also accompany a self-improvement journey as you choose to create a lifestyle focused on wellness and better health for long-term improvement.

We focus on finding a natural flow to keep your motivation moving without overextending your effort!


The course is designed to be a year-long process, structured over 48 weeks, allowing 4 weeks break throughout the year.

Each week, you are provided with practices that build toward the development of a brand new lifestyle!

The pace is steady and consistent with room for rest.

The process is balanced, steady and suitable for an easy but effective pathway to long-term healing and recovery. We bring together insights for change, develop life skills and share practices that you can use whenever you need to as part of your daily life or when navigating more intense circumstances or periods of change.

What is involved?

We include a range of practices, exercises and prompts that cover all aspects of better health and wellbeing. This includes considering the body, mind, energy, emotion, spirituality, environment and relationships.

The lessons vary; some will involve doing things yourself, gathering data, trying new things and following suggestions that we think will support you and improve your life in some way.

We also encourage sharing and participation with the other course users to help with motivation and accountability.

Each week, new lessons are released, and you are invited to try five new things or develop a previous practice or skill.

What Do You Need?

To complete the course, you will need:

  • Access to the internet and a computer, phone or tablet.

  • Writing materials like paper and pens, or a journal.

  • Space to practice.

  • You may also need additional tools that are relevant to practices or exercises.
