1:1 support recovering from work or spending addiction.
Dedicate time for deep introspection & reflection as we work to identify core wounds, patterns & behaviours driving compulsive behaviours.
6 weekly online sessions that create a foundation for deeper, long-term healing to occur.
When we get stuck in patterns of work or spending addiction, overachieving, people pleasing or just the constant distraction of being busy as we avoid our emotions or those niggling ideas, we want something to change... it can feel impossible to actually make the time to stop, take a pause, rest and consider what's going on for us.
Our pattern is an obsession.
It holds us in place, in the loop.
Even if we change the actions, the reality is we are always acting, doing and chasing the next goal, a buzz of achievement, or finding things to do.
And now, there's no real pleasure from it anymore; it's just "normal", an expectation we have put on ourselves that the world happily allows us to stay stuck in.
The performance of our performance never ends and never seems to have time to pause and consider what we are doing and why.
When we don't feel enough, we set goals, strive, project into the future, or we dwell on past failures, and we develop a driving force to always be moving.
Over time, this force takes over the initial inspiration we had for the chase.
That glimpse of validation or applause made our efforts worthwhile.
We begin to ignore our successes and present achievements because they feel pointless as they no longer fill the original need.
Our need for self-appreciation, self-validation, presence and the validation of experience for simply existing needs to come from us.
It is sourced from within; those external actions simply fall short after a while.
This is why you are here... why you found us, were curious enough to click and broswe.
That internal source never dies; it only gets hidden for a while.
That feeling that you know something needs to change can't be stifled forever by the fear you can't, won't, or will never have the time, that often fills you with dread.
Until you found this lifeline.
Because deep down you know life doesn't have to feel empty, a chore, and you don't have to stay stuck as you are or have been.
There's always something new you could experience.
This is where The Art of Enough comes in.
We work with you to create the space to reconnect with your internal source of validation.
Figure out what you need to embody a feeling of being, having and doing enough.
Discover or rediscover parts of yourself that were lost in all the busy times and never stopping.
Our 6-week Intensive experience is a space of deep reflection, introspection and nurturing.
A reset of your soul and a shift of focus away from the material.
It's an opportunity to dedicate yourself to understanding your why again, practising meeting your needs, setting boundaries and understanding who you are again.
Realigning your purpose and action toward something that satisfies and fulfils you again, beyond the gains of material possessions or the acclaim of an ever-busy life.
You get the opportunity to live by example and learn how to reparent yourself into a new way of being.
As we work together through the process, your energy system retunes to a new state of peace and connection.
Healing core wounds and identifying key points where change is required, and the impact is most felt.
So when you emerge from this process, you have a new compass and direction set toward balance, fulfilment, and feeling satisfaction with what you already have.
The Art of Enough intensive experience moves you from your current reality through a process of change.
Gathering insight and exploring a new perspective.
You complete the process with a new view of your life and a sense of comfort in your new experience of it.
One that allows you to pause and consider new options, opens your mind, body and heart to new ideas or opportunities.
A gentle but constant move away from the tension, stress, and expectation that have been fuelling your life and toward more aligned rest and healing.
Each time you reach the edge of your comfort zone or meet a fear or resistance, we work through it together.
Over time, your life redirects towards that alternative feeling you've been curious about and searching for.
Satisfaction, fulfilment & eventually... feeling enough.

Answering your questions about Work Addition Recovery & the Art of Enough Process
The Art of Enough is our most nurturing container, while being the most challenging when considering the nature of the wound and the rewards our society offers you to keep feeding it.
It is important our clients are aware of the commitment and investments required and are ready and devoted to transformation.
Please read the FAQ for more information and to consider your investment before you commit to this process.
Your application will be considered & discussed with you before being accepted, or the sessions begin.
The Art of Enough is for people who are struggling with the following lifestyle symptoms:
Work Addiction – Overworking, not being able to take breaks, rest or enjoy time off.
Overachieving – Never feeling satisfied when meeting life goals, always seeking the next “buzz” goal or achievement without enjoying the previous one.
Spending Addiction – Always needing more, better or never feeling like what you have now is enough. Hoarding over-buying items you don't need that do not serve a purpose, are grandiose, or that are unused, not enjoyed and are wasting money. Seeking love, social status or security through buying and struggling to feel appreciated or respected regardless of this.
The Art of Enough addresses a core wound of inadequacy.
If you are struggling with this problem, it might look like this:
You might still care highly about what your parents, family, or other people think of you more than yourself.
You may feel detached and distant from others and avoid addressing underlying or challenging dynamics through shame or guilt and instead avoid intimate or honest conversations.
You give in to situations you don't want to and avoid emotions through your work or performance.
You're starting to see the toll of your choices and are feeling regret at how much time you have spent working or pursuing material gains, and now life is starting to feel empty, and you feel a bit lost and unsatisfied with the things you have or have achieved.
The programme is for people ready for change who want to commit and are prepared to consider their currently lifetyle and steer it in a new direction.
The process will challenge your current ideas and require participation and an investment of time and funds.
The Art of Enough programmes require an investment of your time. The process will not be beneficial for you if you are trying to navigate a full, busy life and are unwilling to take time off, slow down and change habits.
Sessions will require an entire afternoon each week to attend and process.
You will be expected to make space in your schedule to engage with the process between sessions.
Work addiction and the recovery from it can be daunting, but with the right guidance and commitment to yourself, you can find relief. The Art of Enough programmes require an investment in yourself. The first step is to cut things out, make the space and commit to the healing process as we work through what comes up.
You will be expected to make changes, cut things out, consider and adjust commitments, miss appointments (if necessary) and say no to things that do not require your time and attention.
You will be expected to reflect deeply and engage in new habits, thought patterns and emotional responses.
You will be encouraged to try different things, sometimes uncomfortable or alternative ways of managing emotions, behaviours, and adjusting your default patterns.
This process is a deep reflection and introspection of the self. Honesty is required, and an openness to step into embodying your higher self. You will be required to make space for that and do the suggested practices to adjust your energy for such a transformation to occur.
The current financial investment with The Art of Enough is £6,000, and payment is always required in advance. We offer payment plans if required.
We offer three types of support through our Art of Enough process.
A six-week intensive. Weekly one-to-one sessions with an intentional focus on redirecting lifestyle, thoughts, and observing behaviour patterns. An opportunity for reparenting and addressing core wounds to kick-start a new life phase.
A six-month mentorship container. With monthly sessions and regular calls. A deep dive into healing the core wounds and adjusting lifestyle through the recovery process over a period of time. A slow transition that allows space for natural transformation to occur over time and with dedicated awareness.
A 7-day retreat. A week-long getaway with the opportunity to deeply reflect and refocus your energy, embodying a new perspective. Great as a marker to begin life transition anew and take some space after a new awareness or perspective arises.
Each of our containers, whether on the retreat, in the intensive or through the six-month mentorship, focuses on our process of considering life and your lens of perspective, beliefs, ideas, motivations and identity through the lens of “enough”.
Each container is adapted for that time frame and is personalised to your needs and circumstances.
Through the process we have created, we will work on:
Unpacking core wounds.
We look at your life experiences and at what is behind your current motivations and mindset.
Allowing space to consider.
We make observations of your life and reflect upon your being enough, exploring what you do have enough of and what you have had enough of.
Reparenting and nurturing the conditions of rest.
We spend time understanding the reparenting process and working with your habits, patterns, and how you have adjusted your mind to support this lifestyle choice. We may consider your inner child responses to heal the core wounds determining your current lifestyle.
Slowing down enough to enjoy what you love (and do what is required).
You are supported as you allow yourself time to stop, slow down and practice adapting your life to your new awareness.
Taking time to express what you need.
We explore any additional skills or healing required to give you the confidence to express your needs, enabling you to feel free. Exploring and filling your time creatively or more honestly.
Being free enough not to respond to manipulation or coercion (external pressure, guilt or threats).
You are supported in identifying where you need to create strong boundaries to protect and preserve your self-esteem and self-worth.
Through the process, we work together to balance your ambition, good nature and need for connection with taking up space and occupying your time in a new, more considered way.
The Art or Enough is an application-based mentorship programme.
All of these offers have limited availability and are only available to those we feel we can help most.
